Eudemonia is a wellbeing habit tool that helps users record sleep, exercise, mood, social connection, gratitude, meditation, and personal reflection. This policy explains how the app handles user data. The app does not provide medical diagnosis, treatment advice, or emergency health services.

Eudemonia may store the following data locally on the user's device:
- Sleep records, such as bedtime, wake time, sleep duration, and quality rating.
- Exercise records, such as activity type, duration, and post-exercise feeling.
- Mood records, such as daily mood rating and optional notes entered by the user.
- Social records, such as interaction type, optional contact notes, and feeling rating.
- Gratitude journal entries, meditation records, birth date settings, and app preferences.
- Text produced from voice quick-recording, used only to complete a user-initiated recording action.
2. How We Use Data
This data is used to:
- Display habit records, weekly statistics, wellbeing scores, and garden visualization.
- Help users review changes in their personal state and daily practices.
- Create or update local records based on user input.
- Improve the in-app experience, such as remembering meditation soundscape or practice preferences.
3. Storage and Sharing
The current version stores user records locally on the user's device by default. We do not sell user data and do not share user data for advertising purposes. If future versions add cloud sync, online AI features, or other third-party services, this policy will be updated before those features are released, and the app will provide appropriate notice.
4. Microphone Permission
The app may request microphone permission for voice quick-recording. Voice input is converted into text so the user can confirm and create records. The app does not use the microphone for background listening and does not record audio without a user-initiated action.
5. Notifications and Foreground Services
The app may use notifications or foreground services after the user enables related features, such as playing meditation soundscapes or providing habit reminders. These features are used only for core app functionality and not for advertising tracking.
6. User Choices and Deletion
Users can delete or overwrite related records through app features. Uninstalling the app generally removes local app data from the device. If future versions provide cloud-based data features, we will provide corresponding access and deletion methods.
7. Children's Privacy
Eudemonia is intended for general adult users and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
